Graduate or Master Degree in the relevant field and Candidates must have retired under VRS or minimum fifteen to twenty years of experience in the relevant field.

Candidates should pass the 10th standard with the Ability to read and write local language will be preferred.

Candidates should pass 7th standard and experience in agriculture or gardening or horticulture will be preferred.
